Dr. Gail is an Executive “Whisperer” and Leadership Coach who helps leaders focus on mission and build strong relationships and teams. She lived in Asia for over four years and in Europe for over ten years. She currently serves as a Commissioner on the NC African American Heritage Commission. She served as the first African American female law enforcement officer in Chapel Hill, NC. These experiences enable her to successfully connect and relate to diverse audiences. She also serves as a consultant in the educational arena helping youth discover their value through the Powerful, Awesome, Intelligent Communicator’s (PAIC) Young Men and Young Women’s Anti-Bullying & Leadership initiatives.
Dr. Gail is the CEO of the Handle Your Business Girl Empowerment Zone, a community where she and her team of Master Life Coaches help others lead empowered lives. She also hosts Handle Your Business Girl Radio where she provides “Purpose Points” designed to inspire, encourage, and motivate. She is the author of several books including One Minute Success Secrets for Women, The Power of a Woman Who Leads, You are a Daughter of the King, the Handle Your Business Empowerment Series, and numerous other books for children and young adults. She is also the creator of Dr. Gail’s Purpose Points, an empowerment card collection designed to inspire and encourage others to walk in destiny.
Although she has lived on three continents, she is quick to let others know that her favorite place on earth is wherever she and her children can laugh and love.
